About Us
Founded in 2016, HRACERS began with a team of passionate professionals determined to transform the landscape of Sourcing, Hiring, Skilling, and Internships across India. Since inception, we have been committed to bridging the gap between education and employment by enabling students to become job-ready through industry-aligned skill development.
We work closely with educational institutions—especially those nurturing students from ITI, Polytechnic, and UG/PG programs—to ensure they gain the right skills that align with current industry demands. Our focus is to drive meaningful change in the education ecosystem through structured skilling initiatives and by creating strong employment pathways for skilled youth.
Beyond our role as education consultants, we also serve as trusted recruitment and sourcing partners for employers across multiple sectors. HRACERS is proudly affiliated with the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI-SSC), enabling us to implement a variety of programs, including industry-integrated degree programs in colleges and universities.
We are also a registered NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Implementation Partner, supporting several esteemed client organizations in deploying apprenticeship programs that enhance productivity while building a future-ready workforce.

Why This Program Is Needed
India’s workforce ecosystem is undergoing rapid transformation, yet several gaps persist between education and employability. This program addresses challenges such as:
1. Skills Gap
A significant mismatch exists between classroom learning and industry needs, especially in practical and vocational skills. This limits the employability of graduates.
2. Inadequate Practical Training
Traditional education often emphasizes theory over real-world application, resulting in graduates who need extensive training before becoming job-ready.
3. Outdated Curriculum
Many institutions struggle to update their curriculum in line with technological advancements and emerging industry trends, affecting the relevance of graduates’ skills.
4. Quality of Education
Issues like poor infrastructure, large class sizes, and shortage of trained faculty hinder the development of strong foundational and critical-thinking abilities.
5. Access & Equity Gaps
Unequal access to quality education across geographies and socio-economic backgrounds reduces the availability of skilled, diverse talent for employers.
6. Overemphasis on Theory
While theory is important, students frequently lack exposure to practical problem-solving and hands-on learning—key demands of today’s job market.
7. Low Enrollment in Specialized Streams
Certain sectors face shortages of skilled professionals due to low enrollment in relevant higher education programs.
This Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program is designed to directly address these gaps through experience-led, industry-integrated education.

HRACERS is a proud official execution partner of the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI-SSC) for delivering the much-awaited Skilling Degree Programs at both UG and PG levels. These comprehensive Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programs (AEDP) are designed in collaboration with BFSI-SSC and the Skill India Mission, and are aligned with the vision of NEP 2020.
Approved by UGC, this program uniquely integrates academic learning with real industry exposure. Students gain hands-on experience through live projects, nationally recognized skill certifications, and a one-year paid apprenticeship with leading NBFCs and financial institutions. It is not just a degree—it is a transformative pathway that prepares learners for long-term, future-ready careers in the financial sector.

Human Resource and its allied activities in the Indian marketplace of skill has been full of paradoxes.
