Founded in 2016, HRACERS began with a team of passionate professionals determined to transform the landscape of Sourcing, Hiring, Skilling, and Internships across India. Since inception, we have been committed to bridging the gap between education and employment by enabling students to become job-ready through industry-aligned skill development.
We work closely with educational institutions—especially those nurturing students from ITI, Polytechnic, and UG/PG programs—to ensure they gain the right skills that align with current industry demands. Our focus is to drive meaningful change in the education ecosystem through structured skilling initiatives and by creating strong employment pathways for skilled youth.
Beyond our role as education consultants, we also serve as trusted recruitment and sourcing partners for employers across multiple sectors. HRACERS is proudly affiliated with the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI-SSC), enabling us to implement a variety of programs, including industry-integrated degree programs in colleges and universities.
We are also a registered NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Implementation Partner, supporting several esteemed client organizations in deploying apprenticeship programs that enhance productivity while building a future-ready workforce.

This Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program is designed to directly address these gaps through experience-led, industry-integrated education.

HRACERS is a proud official execution partner of the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI-SSC) for delivering the much-awaited Skilling Degree Programs at both UG and PG levels. These comprehensive Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programs (AEDP) are designed in collaboration with BFSI-SSC and the Skill India Mission, and are aligned with the vision of NEP 2020.
Approved by UGC, this program uniquely integrates academic learning with real industry exposure. Students gain hands-on experience through live projects, nationally recognized skill certifications, and a one-year paid apprenticeship with leading NBFCs and financial institutions. It is not just a degree—it is a transformative pathway that prepares learners for long-term, future-ready careers in the financial sector.

At the crux of the whole process of human resource management remains the problem of information asymmetry. Human Resource and its allied activities in the Indian marketplace of skill has been full of paradoxes. On one hand we have companies finding it difficult to find the right talent and on the other we find a whole chunk of candidates failing to get employed. The ones who are employed have a host of reasons to feel unsatisfied with the present engagement and on the flip side companies are trying every possible avenue to get their workforce engaged.
One of the clear resolutions to this issue has been addressed by govt. of India by introducing schemes like Internships, NAPS and with new budget supporting the 3rd party of off-role hiring mechanisms.
